Omaha Gives! is a one-day online fundraising event organized by the Omaha Community Foundation and held on May 24th to raise support for nonprofits in Douglas, Sarpy, and Pottawattamie Counties. It is a community-wide event to show off the area’s spirit of giving, raise awareness about local nonprofits, and celebrate the collective effort it takes to make this city great.
Once again the Papillion Area Historical Society is proud to be participating in Omaha Gives! The online giving holiday will take place May 24th from midnight to midnight. Mark your calendars so you can help us, as we join over 700 local nonprofits to raise money together and compete for matching funds and prize money. The more money we raise, the larger percentage of the bonus dollars we will receive. The more donors we get to give to us, the more likely we are to win prizes.
